The closure of a Benvoria account can be requested at any time by the holder, in writing or via the online client area.
Before closure, the account must be settled: all pending transactions must be completed and no payments pending.
Means of payment (cards, checkbooks, etc.) must be returned or destroyed before the account is effectively closed.
Closure fees may apply according to the account agreement. They will be communicated to the client before closure.
A written confirmation of the closure will be sent to the client, specifying the effective closure date.
